The multidisciplinary professional

Chiraag Jain.

I follow curiosity. I turn it into something real.

01 — About me

I never fit
one label.

Black and white portrait of Chiraag smiling

I'm ambitious, creative and curious. My path has moved between theatre, production, acting, teaching, marketing, content, operations and entrepreneurship — and I learn best by doing.

i.

Who I am

A shy kid who loved sports and secretly wanted the limelight. Today I'm the person who gets involved, figures out how things actually work, and makes them happen.

ii.

My path

After my first year of pre-university college, I chose a different route — one built on skills, experience and real work. I've kept learning on the job ever since.

iii.

My approach

Theatre taught me jugaad: something can go wrong at any moment, so you improvise, find the workaround and keep the show running. I bring that to every brief.

iv.

How I work

I care about both the creative idea and the work it takes to ship it. I use AI as a practical tool to get ideas out of my head and move faster — never as a replacement for them.

02 — What I do

Four stages.
One thread.

Curiosity, problem-solving and execution — whether the room is a theatre, a classroom, a client call or a kitchen.

  4. 04

    Business

Spotted a real need in my own community and started Chezel, a cloud kitchen. Operations, people and delivery — end to end.

    • Entrepreneurship
    • Operations
    • Ideas → reality

03 — On & behind the stage

Production
makes me
feel alive.

I started backstage — literally picking up boxes. Then I learned how a production really works, got my first shot as a production manager, acted in plays, and found my way into the lighting booth.

A live show can change in an instant. I love that pressure: staying on my toes, coordinating people and solving problems while the audience never knows anything went wrong.

02 Menu design · video · social

Squad Sports Bar

“Eat · Drink · Cheer.”

I designed a football-themed menu where the kitchen is the Home Kit and the bar is the Away Kit — sections named like a team sheet, from Starting XI to The Finisher. I also edited the venue's videos and handled its social media.

05 — The business I started

Saw a gap.
Built a kitchen.

On show days, my theatre community relied on whatever food was around — and I'd felt the consequences myself. So I started Chezel, a cloud kitchen built to feed the people I worked alongside.

It's the clearest example of how I work: notice a real need, then build a practical solution for a community I know.

06 — The journey

A story told
in acts.

Not a perfectly planned career — a series of choices, experiments and experiences.

  1. Act I

    Backstage

Started by carrying boxes and helping wherever I could. Slowly learned how the backstage side of a production really runs.

  2. Act II

    Production & the spotlight

Got my first chance as a production manager. Acted in plays. Then assisted a friend with lighting — and discovered I loved designing and running it.

  3. Act III

    The classroom

An unexpected opportunity to teach speech & drama to children — across six school branches, plus summer-camp workshops.

  4. Act IV

    Content & operations

Now leading operations, content and performance marketing at an agency, while running freelance social media for my own clients.

  5. Act V

    Building something of my own

Started Chezel, a cloud kitchen for the theatre community. Paused for now — but the instinct to build stays.

  6. To be continued

    The next scene

The story is still being written. Maybe the next act is with you.
